If only I could be ten, again

Travel in time, keep a diary and get back to be ten.

Writing every day for 365 days, I’ve learned to keep a diary.

What if I kept a diary since I was ten?

I would have written about the world I created.

I would have written about the sweets that I ate.

I would have written about the friends I met.

I would have written about the dives I took.

I would have written about the notebook that I bought, and that I never wrote on.

I would have written about the lego bricks I combined.

I would have written about the drawings I drew.

I would have written about the Big Jims I broke.

I would have written about the Barbies I kidnapped. They’re fine now, thanks.

I would have written about the Commodore Vic-20 I worshipped.

I would have written about the pile of magazines I read. Or not.

I would have written about the slaps in the face that I took. I’m fine, too, thanks.

I would have written about the explosive laughs I had with my father.

I would have written about the sleepless nights I had with my mother.

I would have written about the pasta I ate with my granny.

I would have written about the long walks I had with my grandpa.

I’m not ten anymore but I could have been ten again if I’d kept my diary.

Write every day in your diary and keep it. You’ll be ten forever.

Travel in time, keep a diary and get back to be ten.
Write every day in your diary and keep it. You’ll be ten forever.
